New toys!

OK, to keep this rolling, and hopefully get some RC guys in here....

I purchased 2 Traxxas E Rustlers. Roughly $275 for them both shipped to my door. They are last years model with the non waterproof electronics.
I then got 2 Wolfpack 2800mah batteries for each car. $120 for all 4. I ordered a set of Aluminum steering blocks to replace the busted ones I killed on day 1. $25 I wanted a more agressive/larger tire, so I ordered a set of Tallon tires & wheels. $38 on ebay for all 4. I already had a 30min battery chargerfrom back in the day, so I was good there. I took the stock rear tires and put them on the front of my sons car to make his more agressive on the cheap. I then lifted both of them. I also built myself an aluminum front skid bumper thats wide enugh to protect the suspension, and divert some force when landing a big jump.
I got stupid and decided to really sow off at work, so I wired 2 batteries together paralell, and after 3min it cooked my electronic speed controller. Now I gotta order a $60 ESC. Were having a blast regardless.
